The website has funny system to check ID duplication, you can't use the same ID (or part of it) that you've keyed in before. You can only add on to it. If you have trouble, simply refresh your IE browser
Remember, your password must contain alphabets AND number
A lot of people having problem signing using HOTMAIL account, so use GMAIL/ YAHOO/ NATE/ HANMAIL.
If you never receive you authentication code, check your junk/spam box.

Happy registering! Don't forget, vote for Hyungjoon's oH! aH! at MCountdown page :)

Edit: from my own experience, there is NO limit as to how many times you can use the same email account to register, it's just for Mnet to send the verification code BUT there is a limit to how many account 1 IP can make. If I'm not wrong it's about 10-15 accs.

2nd edit: USE NATE. Apparently the more 'international' email like GMAIL and YAHOO has limit. I use Nate, and I have 35 accounts under 1 email, without getting banned or anything. The IP limit sucks though.

3rd edit: 1 VOTE PER ACCOUNT PER DAY. The new day is counted once the clock strikes 00.00 KST. Check what time 00.00 KST is at your local place here
